This includes; teaching psychology, wokring in various educational settings, church planting, charity formation and oversight, church leadership and governance, spiritual formation, building and community projects, leadership support and transitions, youth-work, finance and healthcare administration, and developing musicians into teams.

Sessions are informed by both his direct experiences coaching indiivduals, teachers, staff and volunteers in church/ministry settings and by utilising a modern eco-leadership approach. This method incoporates soul guide coaching, psychoanalytic coaching, leadership coaching and eco system coaching into a holistic and collaborative ​journey.
