His greatest passions as a communicator are to encourage people in their faith, ongoing spiritual formation, spiritual health, wellbeing and in discerning their vocations and seasons. Having worked professionally as a teacher and as a pastor over three decades he can confidently and effectively relate well to anyone and he enjoys the opportunity to speak in any setting.
